A handful of us made the early start on 5th June for a day’s marshalling in the glorious surroundings of Chatsworth House for the annual Chatsworth Rally Show. By comparison to last year, the blue sky and sunshine were a revelation, and the gazebo we were provided with at our junction stood redundant all day.Throughout the day, we were entertained by a feast of rally machinery from the latest Ford Focus WRC (driven by Jari-Matti Latvala and Steve Perez) to a bounty of Audi Quattros, Ferrari and Aston Martin rally cars through to the comparatively diminutive Mini and all manner of cars in between.
